After making several journals for friends and family, I have begun piecing together various remnants to create a travel journal/visual diary of my own. trouble is..I think I have too many remnants! It has since consumed my craft table...the floor..the bed.. Mr Az is not a happy camper. Here are a few pics of a journal I constructed for my Lucy.





After spray painting stenciled images on various bits of paper, I attempt to arrange envelopes, ribbon, fabric and images in an artistic way and zip them through the forgiving bernina. this sometimes leads to beautiful acts of creativeness, and sometimes leads to me swearing nonsensically. I find creating a rhythm and totally not thinking about it helps. Oh and listening to the Cramps.
